20 years ago Donnie and Susie Poe began a small construction company in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. As their business grew they were given the opportunity to expand the company. In 2006 they acquired Riverbend Farm and this created the opportunity to develop an equine community in Fayetteville Tennessee. Riverbend offers a unique setting for the equine enthusiast. But you do not have to own a horse to love the lifestyle this community offers. Riverbend has many beautiful building sites, condos that can be purchased or leased, riding/hiking trails, stalls and paddocks, and community areas with river and lake access. Donnie and Susie also own the historic Cotton Mill building in Fayetteville and have future plans to develop property adjacent to the Fayetteville Country Club.
